Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Articles

This journal supports Open Access publication only. Publishing your article as Open Access means it will be freely accessible online upon publication, increasing the visibility, readership, and impact of your research.An Article Processing Charge (APC) is required to publish Open Access.

Peer Review and Ethics

This journal follows a double anonymized review process. Your submission will initially be assessed by our editors to determine suitability for publication in this journal. If your submission is deemed suitable, it will typically be sent to a minimum of two reviewers for an independent expert assessment of the scientific quality. The decision as to whether your article is accepted or rejected will be taken by our editors.

Once your research paper passes the editorial screening, it will undergo a double-blind peer review conducted by anonymous expert reviewers.Other types of submissions will be assessed by the editorial team only.

Structure of Original Research Paper

Manuscripts should be organized in the following order:Title page; Abstract; Keywords; Main text (Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion); Acknowledgements; Conflict of Interest Statement; References; Appendices (if applicable); Titled Tables (each on a separate page); Figures; Figure Captions (listed separately).
Word Count

Original research articles should be between 5,000 and 10,000 English words.Other types of submissions should not exceed 5,000 words.

Please follow the APA 7.0 style when preparing your manuscript.


Checklist: Required Submission Components


Author Information

All authors must provide their full names and institutional affiliations on the manuscript's title page. Where applicable, please also include ORCiD identifiers.One author must be designated as the corresponding author, whose email address will typically appear in the final published PDF. The institutional affiliation should reflect where the research was conducted.

Funding Information

Please include all necessary details required by your funding agencies. Use the following format:This work was supported by [Funding Agency] under Grant number [xxxx].


Disclosure Statement

This statement is intended to identify any potential interests related to the direct application of your research.If there are no competing interests to declare, please include a statement such as:The authors report no competing interests.


Data Availability Statement

Provide information regarding the source(s) of the data supporting the results or analysis presented in the paper.


Data Archiving

If you choose to share or publish your research data, please deposit the data in a recognized public repository prior to or at the time of manuscript submission.


Figures

Figures must be submitted in high quality formats suitable for publication.


Tables

Tables should be submitted as editable files (e.g., Excel format), not embedded as images.


Plagiarism
The journal has a zero-tolerance policy on plagiarism. Plagiarism is defined as the unauthorized use or close imitation of the language, ideas, or findings of another author without proper attribution. This includes verbatim copying, paraphrasing without acknowledgment, and self-plagiarism.
All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity using plagiarism detection tools prior to peer review. If plagiarism is detected, the manuscript will be rejected immediately. 

If plagiarism is identified after publication, the article may be retracted and a retraction notice will be issued on the journal’s website.
